Mela Pothier (they/them) is a Senior Consultant, Learning and Development with Purpose Co. In this role, Mela co-designs the Purpose Co curriculum, designs and facilitates group processes, and oversees the delivery of training. Previously, Mela has spent 15 years in education, social services, community engagement and healthcare with a special focus on transformative adult learning to support equity-oriented practice and policy. Mela holds a PhD in Education from York University and lives in Hamilton, ON with their family and dogs.
