Meg Saxby (she/her) is the Learning and Development Advisor with Purpose Co. She is privileged to live and work on Haudenosaunee territory on the shores of lake Ontario. Prior to this role, Meg worked for over 15 years as a social worker in a variety of settings. She brings to her role with Purpose Co a clinical background in trauma-informed services, extensive experience as an adult educator, and expertise designing and facilitating groups through collaboration and creative processes. Meg is passionate about learning in all of its forms, nudging human systems towards inclusion and full participation, and the co-creative power of group process. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work (Community, Policy, Programming and Organizations) from Laurier and a BA in History from Dalhousie.
