Danielle Olsen (she/her) is the Managing Partner at Purpose Co. In this capacity she leads client services and the strategy and solution development divisions/portfolios, which includes developing client solutions to address labor and skills needs with a lens on equity, inclusion, economic mobility and industry/regional competitiveness. Previously, Danielle spent 20 years in workforce development, including as the Executive Director of a sector-based workforce development non-profit, and as a senior advisor to the Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development in Ontario, Canada where she led apprenticeship, adult education, employment and community benefits strategy development. Danielle loves a good problem to solve and learning from the perspectives of colleagues, clients and stakeholders. Danielle holds a BA from York University in International Development and Labor Studies.
