As one of Purpose Co’s Lead Consultants, Erin K. Melvin (she/her) works with employers, service providers, and job seekers to develop and implement mutually beneficial workforce solutions.

 

She combines her academic background on the intersection of race, gender, and class in industry with her current interest in human-centred design and systems thinking to create solutions founded in local context and future possibility. Before coming to Purpose Co, Erin’s work focused on helping organizations implement digital learning solutions. She has experience working with nonprofits, higher education, social services, government, industry, manufacturing, and multinational corporations.

 

Her superpower is mapping out complex problems to help her clients identify and implement impactful changes so that they can achieve their goals.
