Raag Bhatia (he/him) is a Senior Researcher at Purpose Co. who designs and leads primary and secondary research, including supporting solution design with employers, workers, and other workforce stakeholders. Prior to working with Purpose Co, Raag has consulted with governments and non-profits in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America on agriculture, health, policy advocacy and climate change to inform public policy and programs. He has authored seven publications synthesizing evidence to highlight knowledge gaps for leading organizations such as Gates Foundation and WWF-USA. Raag enjoys looking at problems through multiple lenses and finding ways to tame complexity. Raag holds a B.A in Economics from Oberlin College, and a MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Schulich School of Business.
